Sami blades forges this 5 piece set by hand, led by a cleaver 12.75 inches overall with an 8 inch blade. Every handle is 4.5 inches, so the grip stays the same down to the paring knife.

Blade: Damascus Steel, 416 Layers

1095 and 15N20 are welded and folded to 416 layers, then ground and etched so the pattern reads the full length. Hardened to 55 to 60 HRC.

Handle: Wood

Green laid against white and pinned with a mosaic pin, so the set stands out on a rack. No two handles take the colour the same way.
