Blade: Coated Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, hand hammered into a honeycomb texture and finished with a protective coating for a bold, modern look. The hammered surface helps food release as you cut. The set includes a chef knife, a nakiri for vegetables, a long slicing knife and two santoku style blades for everyday prep.
Handle: Pakka Wood Each handle is built in three parts, with layered pakka wood at both ends and a carved center section that adds grip and a striking look. Pins run through the handle, a lanyard hole sits at the end, and the straight shape sits comfortably in your hand.
