Blade: Coated Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, hand hammered into a honeycomb texture and finished with a protective coating for a bold, modern look. The hammered surface helps food release as you cut. The set runs from a wide cleaver for heavy chopping, through three chef knives for slicing and dicing, down to a small utility knife for detail work.
Handle: Pakka Wood The pakka wood handles pair a textured main grip with a wood bolster section at the front, separated by a thin spacer. Pins run through each handle, a coated end cap with a lanyard hole finishes the back, and the curved shape sits comfortably in your hand.
