Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, with a flowing pattern that runs from spine to edge. The set runs from a wide cleaver for heavy chopping, through two chef knives for slicing and dicing, down to two smaller knives for peeling, trimming and detail work.

Handle: Pakka wood
The pakka wood handles are smooth, durable and resistant to moisture, which makes them easy to care for in a busy kitchen. A bolster section with a thin spacer sits at the front of each handle for balance, and pins through the handle keep everything solid. The curved shape sits comfortably in your hand.
