Blade: Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, with a flowing pattern that runs from spine to edge. The set runs from a wide cleaver for heavy chopping, through a long angled tip blade and a chef knife for slicing and dicing, down to a utility knife and a curved blade for trimming and detail work.
Handle: Pakka wood The pakka wood handles show bright orange with black layers, and each one is set with a mosaic pin at the center. A polished bolster at the front of each handle adds balance and a clean finish, and the smooth, rounded shape sits comfortably in your hand.
