Blade: Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, with a bold, swirling pattern that runs from spine to edge. The set runs from a heavy cleaver for chopping, through a long chef knife and two santoku style blades for slicing and dicing, down to a small paring knife for detail work.
Handle: Pakka wood The pakka wood handles have a speckled, glossy finish, so every handle looks a little different. A polished bolster at the front adds balance and a clean finish, and a mosaic pin at the center completes the look. The smooth, rounded shape sits comfortably in your hand.
