Blade: Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, with a flowing pattern that runs from spine to edge. The set runs from a wide cleaver for heavy chopping, through two chef knives for slicing and dicing and a utility knife for everyday prep, down to a curved paring knife for peeling and trimming.
Handle: Pakka wood The pakka wood handles show fine layered grain, and each one has a mosaic pin and a lined lanyard hole at the end. A polished bolster at the front adds balance and a clean finish, and the contoured shape sits comfortably in your hand.
