Blade: Damascus Steel Every blade is forged from layered Damascus steel, with a flowing pattern that runs from spine to edge. The set runs from a wide cleaver for heavy chopping, through chef knives for slicing and dicing, down to a small utility knife for detail work.
Handle: Pakka wood The pakka wood handles show bold layered grain, and each one is set with a brass mosaic pin and a spacer near the end. A polished bolster at the front of each handle adds balance and a clean finish, and the slim, rounded shape sits comfortably in your hand.
