Blade: Damascus Steel
High and low carbon steels are folded and forged together, then ground and etched so the layers read the full length of the blade. Each edge is hand polished to between 14 and 16 degrees per side, a narrower angle than a factory knife, which is why it bites into a tomato skin without pressure.
Handle: Wood
Shaped to sit forward in a pinch grip, so the weight falls at your index finger rather than the butt. The same profile runs through all five.
