High and low carbon steels are folded and forged together, then ground and etched so the layers read along the full length of the blade. This is carbon steel underneath, so dry it after every wash and it will keep its edge for years.
Handle: Blue Resin and Wood
Blue and natural wood laid up together, so each handle takes the colour differently and no two in the set match. Shaped to sit forward in a pinch grip through a long prep session.
