1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ The item has not been custom-made or personalized (custom orders are non-refundable unless defective).
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:
❌ Custom-made or engraved items.
❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
❌ Items returned after the 14-day period.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
